Driving directions from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Château du Soudun in Neons-sur-Creuse:Approximate drive time = 3 hours

• A1 towards Paris
• A1 to A3 to Exterior Periphery to A6b (at Gentilly - very easy to miss!)
• A6 (a & b) to A10 (do not miss the A10 exit on the right to Orleans. It gets confusing with signs for A6a and A6b. If you arrive at Orly airport you have missed it!)
• A10 to Orleans (81 miles)
• A71 Orleans to Vierzon (50 miles)
• A20 Vierzon to Chateauroux to Lothiers (56 miles)
• N151 to D950 in Le Blanc (21 miles). Pass through Le Blanc and stay on same side of Creuse River (do not follow N151 over the bridge)
• D950 to D95 in Lurais (7 miles). Follow D950 to the second turn for Lurais. Cross the bridge over the Creuse River and enter town of Lurais. Turn right on to D950 and follow alongside Creuse River.
• D95 to Mallet (2 miles). Drive down D95 to the tiny village of Mallet (sits within Neons-sur-Creuse). Once over the small hump-bridge you will see a sign for Château du Soudun on the left. Turn left and follow signs along the dirt road to the castle.

The TGV has routes that go to Tours and Poitiers.

Ryanair has daily direct flights from Stansted airport north of London to Tours, Poitiers and Limoges where you can rent a car to get to Château du Soudun.
